PAVEL KYTNER, MATĚJ LIPAVSKÝ – OKOLO

The exhibition brings together the work of graphic artist Pavel Kytner and painter Matěj Lipavský in a duo focusing on contemporary landscapes. Pavel Kytner deals with the theme of the mutual relationship and coexistence of urban buildings with freely growing vegetation, especially solitary trees, which surprise with their grown-up size with which they conquer the surrounding space. Matěj Lipavský is characterized by work in the open air and poetic thinking. He is guided by picturesqueness and rhythm, and the focus of the presented works is on oil paintings and watercolours of intimate, urban corners or garden landscapes observed from the vicinity of the home.
