Publication Brno Architectural Manual. Guide to Architecture 1900-1918

Thanks to the grant support from the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and the South Moravian Region, the third publication under the BAM banner has been realized as part of a long-term research plan. The volume focuses on early 20th-century architecture, highlighting Art Nouveau structures alongside buildings in historicist styles, early modernism examples, and elements of vernacular architecture typical of the era. The book features works by renowned architects such as Dušan Jurkovič, Bohumír Čermák, Franz Pawla, Ferdinand Hrach, Leopold Bauer, and Hubert Gessner, as well as lesser-known contemporaries (Maxmilian Monter, Friedrich Schmeer, and Alexander Wielmans von Monteforte).
